About the Nepalese Embassy in Brussels

According to the Belgian protocol list, Nepal is represented by Ambassador Sewa Lamsal (credentials presented 4 March 2025). Travelling from Belgium to Nepal

Belgian citizens need a visa for Nepal, which can be obtained on arrival. The Belgian Foreign Ministry keeps the entry rules for Belgians in its travel documents database; check it before booking.

Closing days

Expect the embassy to be closed on Belgian holidays such as 21 July (National Day), 15 August and 11 November and on Nepal’s national day (20 September). Many offices work reduced hours in summer – call ahead in July and August.
