The Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not publish visa rules for individual countries. See the ministry’s page on visas for Greek citizens (in Greek).
Which Kenyan office issues passports and visas?
Official documents for Kenyan citizens are issued by the Kenyan Embassy in Rome (accredited to Greece); the honorary consulate can explain the procedure.
Note: Kenya has no resident embassy in Athens; its embassy in Rome is accredited to Greece.
Closing days
Expect the honorary consulate to be closed on Greek public holidays such as Epiphany (6 January), Independence Day (25 March) and Ochi Day (28 October). The Kenyan national day, 12 December, normally means a closure too. Many missions also close on their own national and religious holidays – call ahead.
