Visa and entry information for Belgian citizens

Belgian citizens do not need a visa for short tourist stays in Bolivia (up to 90 days); a valid passport is required. The Belgian Foreign Ministry keeps the entry rules for Belgians in its travel documents database; check it before booking.

The embassy is closed on Belgian public holidays; Bolivian celebrations on 6 August (national day) usually mean a closure too. Check before visiting in the weeks around Christmas, Easter and in July/August.
