About the honorary consulate in Copenhagen
The appointment dates from 2010, according to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists office hours (Tuesday to Thursday 10:00–14:00); as honorary consuls work part-time, confirm before you go.
The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not publish visa rules for individual countries. Its travel advice points out that the authorities of the destination decide on entry rules, and asks Danish citizens to check with that country’s nearest embassy or consulate before departure – for Bosnia and Herzegovina, that means this mission. See the ministry’s travel advice for Bosnia and Herzegovina (in Danish).
Which Bosnian office issues passports and visas?

What can an honorary consul do?
An honorary consul is not a career diplomat but a local resident – often a business person or lawyer – appointed by Bosnia and Herzegovina and approved by the host country. Depending on the powers granted, the honorary consul can help Bosnian citizens in an emergency (lost passport, accident, arrest), pass on applications and documents to the embassy, and certify signatures or life certificates. Passports and visas are not issued by an honorary consulate; they remain the responsibility of the embassy or a career consulate.
