Serbia’s non-working public holidays are New Year (1 and 2 January), Orthodox Christmas (7 January), Statehood Day (15 and 16 February), Orthodox Easter from Good Friday to Easter Monday, Labour Day (1 and 2 May) and Armistice Day (11 November). If a state holiday falls on a Sunday, the next working day is off. In 2027 Orthodox Easter falls on 2 May, which is also the second day of Labour Day, so offices close from 30 April to 4 May 2027. The consulate general may also close on Croatia’s national day (30 May).
