About the Malian Embassy in Paris
According to the French Foreign Ministry, about 90,000 Malian nationals live in France. In the other direction, about 6,000 French citizens are registered with the French consular network in Mali. Besides the embassy, Mali has career consular offices in Bagnolet and Lyon. Three honorary consulates support Malian citizens in other parts of France.

In an emergency, Malian citizens should call the embassy on +33 1 45 48 58 43. The embassy can help with lost passports, arrests and serious accidents, but it cannot cover costs or interfere with French authorities.
