Do Montenegrin citizens need a visa for Luxembourg?

Under Regulation (EU) 2018/1806 (consolidated version of 30 December 2025), citizens of Montenegro with a biometric passport do not need a visa for short stays in Luxembourg and the rest of the Schengen area (up to 90 days in any 180-day period; Annex II).
