About the Panamanian Embassy in Brussels

Closing days
Like most offices in Belgium, the embassy closes on public holidays – including Easter Monday, Ascension Day and Whit Monday; Panamanian celebrations on 3 November (national day) usually mean a closure too. If your visit falls close to a holiday, confirm by phone or e-mail.
Emergency assistance
In an emergency, Panamanian citizens should call the embassy on +32 2 649 07 29. Consular staff can replace lost travel documents and inform family members; they do not provide legal representation or money. The Belgian emergency number is 112 (police: 101).
