Location of the Embassy
Who runs the Honduran Embassy?
The embassy names Luis Alberto Posadas, Ambassador as head of mission. French official figures put the number of Honduran residents in France at about 250. In the other direction, about 220 French citizens are registered with the French consular network in Honduras.
Travelling from France to Honduras
French citizens do not need a visa for short stays in Honduras (up to 90 days). A valid passport is required. Increased vigilance is recommended for Honduras, according to the French Foreign Ministry. Details: French travel advice (Conseils aux voyageurs).
Closing days
Expect the embassy to be closed on French public holidays and on the Honduran national holiday (15 September).
