About the Embassy of Estonia in Russia

The ministry’s list of heads of mission (accessed 20 October 2026) lists a chargé d’affaires rather than an ambassador for Estonia, without giving a name. The address and website follow the ministry’s page for the mission (accessed 20 October 2026). The mission is in Moscow, about 28 km in a straight line from Sheremetyevo International Airport; local time is Moscow time (UTC+3).

From the embassy’s website

A notice on the embassy’s website (March 2023) explains that since August 2022 an Estonian government sanction restricts visa applications by Russian citizens, with exceptions such as visits to close family members living in Estonia.
