Travelling from Switzerland to Honduras

Closing days
The embassy is closed on Swiss public holidays and on the Honduran national holiday (15 September). Call ahead around Christmas and Easter.
Emergency assistance
In an emergency, Honduran citizens should call the embassy on +41 22 710 07 60. Embassies can issue emergency travel documents, contact relatives and provide lists of lawyers or doctors; they cannot pay bills, act as a lawyer or intervene in court proceedings.
