- Certificates for pensions abroad
- Visas for travellers who need one for Portugal
Documents checklist
Prepare these documents before your appointment. The lists are taken from official Portuguese sources:

Do I need an appointment?
Ask in advance whether your service needs a booked slot.
Closing days
Like most offices in Poland, the embassy closes on public holidays – including Easter Monday, Corpus Christi and All Saints’ Day (1 November). Many missions also close on their own national and religious holidays – call ahead.
Emergency assistance
In an emergency, Portuguese citizens should call the embassy on +48 22 511 10 10. Embassies can issue emergency travel documents, contact relatives and provide lists of lawyers or doctors; they cannot pay bills or act as a lawyer. In Poland, the emergency number is 112. Polish citizens who need help in Portugal should contact the Polish embassy or consulate responsible for the country; the Polish Foreign Ministry’s Odyseusz service lists the contacts and lets travellers register their trip.
