About the Lao Embassy in Brussels
Kingphokeo Phommahaxay heads the embassy as ambassador; the Belgian list gives 14 August 2023 as the date of the presentation of credentials. This is the bilateral embassy to the Kingdom of Belgium; missions to the European Union or NATO in Brussels are separate offices.
