Visitors go to Boulevard de la Woluwe 38, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is one of the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region.

The embassy and its network in Belgium
The ambassador is Andy Rachmianto, who presented credentials to the King of the Belgians on 6 February 2026. Renewing an Indonesian passport abroad
- Contact or book with the embassy/consulate first – many missions require an online or e-mail appointment
- Completed application form (PERDIM)
- Your old passport (and copies of its data pages)
- Copy of your residence permit in Belgium, and of your Indonesian KTP and family card (KK)
- Copy of your birth certificate (or legalised diploma); photos as specified by the mission
- The new passport must be collected in person – no proxy, courier or post

Walk-in capacity is limited, so check the procedure on the embassy website first.
Travelling from Belgium to Indonesia
Belgian citizens need a visa for Indonesia, which can be obtained on arrival (up to 30 days). The Belgian Foreign Ministry keeps the entry rules for Belgians in its travel documents database; check it before booking.
Closing days
The embassy is closed on Belgian public holidays as well as on the Indonesian national day, 17 August. Many offices work reduced hours in summer – call ahead in July and August.
Emergency assistance
For emergencies, the embassy’s number is +32 2 775 01 20. Embassies can issue emergency travel documents, contact relatives and provide lists of lawyers or doctors; they cannot pay bills or act as a lawyer. The Belgian emergency number is 112 (police: 101).
