According to the Dutch government, Iran is represented by Ambassador Dr Hadi Farajvand (credentials presented 25 October 2023). Unlike in most countries, the embassies in the Netherlands are not in the capital Amsterdam but in The Hague, the seat of government.

Closing days
Expect the embassy to be closed on Dutch holidays such as King’s Day (27 April), Ascension Day and Whit Monday as well as on the Iranian national day, 11 February.
