Who runs the Iraqi Embassy?
The Hague is the seat of the Dutch government and of international institutions such as the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court and the OPCW, so many embassies in the city also follow their work.

Closing days
Like most offices in the Netherlands, the embassy closes on public holidays – including Easter Monday, King’s Day and Christmas. Check before visiting in the weeks around Christmas and Easter.
Emergency assistance
Iraqi nationals in urgent need of help can reach the embassy on +31 70 310 12 60. Consular staff can replace lost travel documents and inform family members; they do not provide legal representation or money. In the Netherlands, the emergency number is 112; for non-urgent police matters call 0900 8844.
