The Embassy of the Principality of Liechtenstein is at Anton-Wilhelm-Amo-Straße 42 in Berlin-Mitte, near Gendarmenmarkt. The street was called Mohrenstraße until 2025, so older documents still show the old name.

About the Liechtenstein Embassy in Berlin
The embassy represents the Principality of Liechtenstein, a small German-speaking monarchy between Switzerland and Austria, in Germany. Liechtenstein is not in the EU but belongs to the European Economic Area and the Schengen area, uses the Swiss franc and forms a customs union with Switzerland.
Liechtenstein has honorary consuls in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich.

Visa information
Travelling from Germany to Liechtenstein
German citizens do not need a visa and can travel with an identity card. Liechtenstein is part of the Schengen area.
- Documents that expired less than a year ago are still accepted, but the authorities recommend travelling with valid ones.
- Entry and customs rules are the same as for Switzerland, because the two countries form a customs union. Coming from Austria, you cross a customs border.
